The Government of Vanuatu is organising the first in-person regional , to be held in Port Vila, Vanuatu, from 1–3 July 2026, in partnership with the Pacific Climate Change Centre (PCCC), hosted by SPREP.

The PIFCE will be an inaugural event aimed at bringing together diverse stakeholders, including governments, entrepreneurs, development partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs), businesses, educational and academic institutions, who are working towards the protection of the environment and combating the impacts of climate change in the Pacific region.

The Forum will provide a platform to present and promote innovative ideas, solutions, tools, and technologies that demonstrate proven potential for application, scalability and replication in addressing some of the Pacific’s most pressing challenges.

PIFCE is designed to facilitate peer-to-peer learning, capacity building and networking opportunities to support the replication and scaling of effective and relevant environmental and climate solutions across the Pacific.
