The Senior Climate Investment Advisor - Infrastructure Finance, under the guidance of GGGI PNG Country Representative and the Climate FIRST Project Manager, leads the origination, design and development of green investment and climate finance projects in line with the Government of PNG's priorities and GGGI thematic areas for climate change mitigation, adaptation and loss and damage. S/he will support the development of bankable business cases, financial models, financial instruments, analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the project, concept notes and full proposals to attract funding from various funding institutions and agencies including private sector funding.
