Build your capacity to plan and implement effective assisted natural regeneration (ANR) through the free “Assisted Natural Regeneration Practitioner Training Course 2026,” which will take place from 1 June to 24 July 2026.
Developed by the ANR Alliance in collaboration with the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) and the GEF8 Ecosystem Restoration Integrated Program (ERIP) Global Coordination Project, this course offers practical tools, expert insights, and real-world case studies to help practitioners assess sites, overcome barriers, engage communities, monitor progress, and communicate the benefits of ANR across diverse ecosystems and landscapes. The course is available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. The course will also be offered again in 2027 and 2028.
